I’m sure you get a million update emails but I want to be sure to thank you. Your plan has been so easy and realistic it has helped me stay focused and confident that I can do this. I say confident because of our first email where I asked about substitutions. That simple “ok” from you was huge! It’s ok to not eat avocado just add another healthy fat later. It’s ok to use a regular potato and not sweet. It’s ok to swap out veggies, your veggie calorie sheet has made this part even easier!
I may not follow the meal plan 100% but it at least gives me ideas or a quick go to recipe. I love that I can mix and match days because you’ve listed the calories and most meals are similar to each other in that aspect. (I don’t have all the ingredients for everything yet)
