Honestly I was skeptical when I first saw the plan. I didn’t think 1200 calories was enough to sustain or even satisfy. I was wrong. The meals are extremely tasty, easy to make, and sometimes are hard to finish. Love the shopping guides as well! When I bought the 1200 calorie plan I was introduced to the 1500 calorie plan and thought why not, should I get into heavier weights, probably would be best to eat more, while staying healthy.
