    Decent plan with variety! My husband and I liked the salads/lunches and I love the protein oats recipes for breakfasts! Easy to follow the plan and good sized, filling portions. The part we didn’t like was the dinners felt pretty bland and that made it hard to stick to the plan.

    I bought this meal plan after having the 1200 calorie meal plan. I use this one as much as the 1200 calorie one. I do like the set-up of having the meals set up by the day rather than meal. So I like the set up of the 1200 calorie meal plan better. That being said, I love the creative meals in this plan, and use it just as often.

    This meal plan was a lifesaver when I was learning how to balance out macros . I love how simple the meals are and made my goals easy to reach. I would however make very few changes if I could- I’m not one who loves salad everyday so I had to tweak the lunches a bit . Also, my stomach doesn’t love that much dairy so when it came to high protein snacks I had to be creative .Almond milk was a good substitute.
